Create a user account for Charac
Please note: This is only needed when logging in using email address, if you login via NHS Login this step is not required.
To be able to make an appointment with a local pharmacy, the user must have an account on Charac.
Follow instructions below to set up your account.
Add your first name.
Add your last name.
Add your mobile contact number.
Add your email Address.
Add your desired password.
