Medication and Pharmacy Services

  1. How can I ask questions about my medication? - For any medication related queries please contact your pharmacist directly. Charac Support is only able to assist you with technical issues with regards to usage of the Charac App. 
  2. How can I ask questions about any of the services my Pharmacy provides? - For any questions related to the services your Pharmacy provides, please contact your pharmacist directly. Charac Support is only able to assist you with technical issues with regards to usage of the Charac App. 

Login Method

  1. Should I use the NHS Login or Charac Email login to login to the app? - We recommend using the NHS Login method to access our application as this provides you with a single login method to access the Charac and NHS apps. If you do not want a NHS Login account or are unable to use one then register for a Charac account and login with your email.

Email Address

  1. Should I use the same Email Address when logging in to Charac App and NHS Login? - Yes when signing up for the Charac App please use the same email address as you use for your NHS Login. This is to ensure that you have a single account within the Charac App and your NHS account details are correctly linked to your user account in the Charac App. 

Changing Details

  1. It is not possible to change my phone number, email address or date of birth in the app - If you need these details changed please log a support ticket as described in the Getting in Touch section of the FAQ.

Getting in touch

  1. How do I log a support call? - You can log a support call by signing in to the portal using this link and then creating a ticket. You will need to sign up in order to create a user in the support portal. Alternatively you can send an email to support@charac.co.uk
