How to add your Linkage Key

Please note: This is only needed when logging in using email address, if you login via NHS Login this is automatically added for you and this step is not required.

​

1. Log into the application by default it will open the Home tab.

2. Click on the input your Linkage Key banner. 

3. Enter your GP's Post Code and select your GP from the list.

4. Click on yes if you have your Linkage Key.

5. Type in the Linkage Key and Account ID provided by your GP and click on confirm.
