Reset a forgotten password

Please note: This is only needed when logging in using email address, if you login via NHS Login your password needs to be reset in NHS Login using this link: https://help.login.nhs.uk/manage/passwords/#how-to-change-your-nhs-login-password.

  1. Click on the forgot your password link.

  1. Type in your email address and click on submit a password reset link will be emailed to you.


3. Once you have reset your password go back to https://app.charac.co.uk and log in with your new password.
